You've already got a lot of great responses here.
If your TT is new, take a close look at corners, edges, anywhere there it is weather sealed. If it all looks good, you probably won't have to do any "maintenance" for a few years other than general cleaning.
What will make a huge difference with how long your camper lasts is if you can store it inside a garage, barn, or big shed. I am a big believer in covering my TT during our Northeast winters.
