What is this actually called?

Sorry for the double image. I get two or none at all. :/

I googled every conceivable name for this water intake on the outside of my RV and come up with nothing that looks or sounds remotely like what I'm trying to find. I need to buy a new one.

The photo doesn't show it. I should have taken it more on an angle, but there is a threaded metal cap attached to this metal plate. Inside the threaded cap is a gasket. The water hose or L thing screws into it so you can use campground water straight to your tap.

Please help me out. I know it's a stupid question but I'm sick of super gluing this cap back to the side of my RV. Third time since winter. Thanks. (I know it's not supposed to be glued on but the thing is stripped.)
