What is this sitting on my kitchen counter?
These two little white things are fixed to the counter top. Looks like they might hold something in place. Made of plastic. I will try to attach a picture if I can figure out how to do it.

Maybe they put something else in the pump bottles? Olive oil and canola, for example? Or soy sauce and rice vinegar?
