- DutchmenSportExplorerIf that socket is for a table that is supported by the pedestal, do yourself a favor and throw it out and get a stand alone table as a replacement, or install folding legs on your current table if you use the table for converting a dinette into a bed. You won't have the problem of the table wiggling or moving, or spilling your drink every time you lean on it. Get something solid. You'll be happier in the end.
- drmoparExplorerThe table base will continue to crack if you tow with the table installed. Remove and stow table top and legs while towing. The base is cast pot metal and not very strong, however they will last a long time if you only have table installed when parked.
