I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee diesel, and a 2014 TrailManor 2417SD. Trailer has king bed, wet bath, heat, hot water, AC, 40 gal fresh tank, 30 gal gray tank, and 6 gallon cassette toilet.
Loaded for a week, I am about 3,600 lbs, full of water and propane. When towing in the mountains of Colorado and Utah (lots of steep grades), I get 21.5 mpg for an entire trip. Interestingly, when I stay on flatter land I get 18.5 mpg. Guess I save more fuel going downhill than I use going uphill!
But, my point is, depending on tow vehicle, you could get very good mileage while towing a TrailManor.
