In order to get a shower and toilet in a pop up it would be large and heavy, making 20mpg unlikely.
Probably true with today's overloaded popups. I had a 1998 Coleman that weighed 2000lbs loaded. It was large, had shower and cassette toilet, oven/stove, sink. It did not have a fridge so used ice chests. Todays popups are often fully loaded high sides that can weigh similar to many small TT's and hybrids and priced similar as well.
