After having the wrong capacity truck for 14 years and then buying one with more than enough capacity, I advise everyone to get more truck than they need.
The old truck was mostly white knuckle time, current truck is a dream compared to the old one. So much safer to tow with.
Practice driving or towing the RV. Find a large empty parking lot or field and practice backing, parallel parking (even with a trailer), manuvering in tight turns/campsites, panic stops, hitching and unhitching...etc. Use boxes or cones to mark pathways and parking spaces.
We are not driving sports cars or hot rods so don't expect them to perform like one. On a 10% grade you may end up at 25MPH going up or down so enjoy the scenery.
