You could check eBay, sometimes there are Owners Manuals there.
Or, ask for help on every RV forum you can find. Maybe somebody would be willing to make a copy for you.
The manuals for the appliances are (or should be) available for download from the appliance manufacturer's website.
If you are lucky enough to find a manual for the trailer, don't spend very much on it. Chances are, it will prove to be pretty much useless. Those Owners Manuals are usually printed to cover a wide range of models as a cost saving measure, therefore they don't have a lot of information about any specific model.
