The best "manual" for all RVs is the "RV Repair and Maintenance Manual" by Bob Livingston. It will help you maintain and/or repair any system in your rig.
The odds are the factory manual was the same for all models made by that firm (most are) so things like which gauge shows which tank, are, well, not going to happen.
As noted, Norcold, Dometic, Suburban, Atwood, etc; all have on-line PDFs for the various systems in your rig, down-load those and you at least something.
