The exchanges I see appear to have outrageous prices. $20 as opposed to a $12 fill.
Most places I go to will fill them, I've only found one in So cal who wouldn't. Yes, I was taken by surprise to find almost all the tanks are old... over 10 years old. I'm sure that's intentional.
