If it's a wooden cutting board, there's not much chance of the wood containing lead. I can't even think of any wood finish that might commonly contain lead besides lead paint, which (besides being obvious that there's paint) presumably wouldn't be legal to sell these days.
If the feet or other hardware is brass, the brass may contain a couple percent lead. So long as you don't cut tomatoes on the screws holding the feet on, you have nothing to worry about. The label is probably just legally required information, or lawyer suggested information, to prevent silly lawsuits...kind of like how four-fifths of everything causes cancer in California.
