Does anyone know about wifi in an RV park. Do you need to purchase an extender to get a good signal on the wifi. Also wondering about TV reception and receiving channels. Thought of buying a roku for ...

CG wifi = cr*p. Verizon mifi = pretty good. Extenders = useless for extending a weak signal.
Verizon's coverage doesn't work everywhere tho. but has what is supposed to be the best in the US. Once or twice a year we end up having to use the CG wifi which is painfully slow in comparison, even when it's working at optimum. Kids wake up in the morning and log onto wifi and kill it. Most of us older types just wanna check some emails. We have a Verizon pay as you go plan and just top it up as needed in the summer months when we're RV-ing.
Make sure to take some good board games or books to read 'cuz sometimes you can't get internet or TV (OTA, CATV or sat) or cell phone. :E
