If you previously winterized with antifreeze and have not used or tapped the water system you should be all set there. I would however recommend pouring about 8 oz antifreeze into each drain trap again as a safe measure. Also good to pull holding tank valves and make sure water hasn't somehow accumulated in the tanks via vent, condensation, etc.
