A much better solution would be to winterize properly, and then take fresh water with you in five gallon containers.
Your water system will stay winterized except for your drains, and you use your transported water to wash, cook, clean, etc. Take along a few gallons of RV antifreeze and pour it into your emptied black and grey tanks, then add some to the traps and the black and grey tank before you leave.
You will still need to haul the trailer out once in a while to drain off the black and grey tanks, but never put antifreeze in your fresh water tank..ever!
