I'd do this in a heartbeat if I lived where you are and used the trailer on the weekends. The weather doesn't look like it gets cold enough to gel the antifreeze except in rare circumstances.
Much easier and quicker than carrying around all the pink jugs and fussing with hoses and pumps. You will know real quick if the check valve is leaking because your tank will overflow.
You will need a hand pump to flush the city water line to the nearest drain though.
