I am ... happens ALL the time in the Ontario Provincial Park system, though enforcement varies as each park has it's own park management that interprets provincial park regulations as they see fit. :R Trip before last at Pinery I filed a complaint about excessive noise coming from an adjacent campsite but nothing was done about it as far as I could tell. :M
I was told in another recent thread, they are so strict that they record how many bundles of firewood you buy, and then track how much you burn to keep people in check from bringing their own wood in to the park.
A gross exaggeration to be sure. Occasionally when checking in I'm asked if we're bring in wood, the irony being that Ontario Parks firewood is commonly understood by everyone to be wet garbage that won't even burn with gasoline thrown on it. :M To circumvent this issue most do buy wood from local suppliers just outside the park and contrary to what some may believe it IS legal to bring into the park.
