All I can say is you have to prioritize what is important to you. Make these exhausts a top priority if you choose.
FWIW all my RVs have for whatever reason had the water heater and furnace on the curb side. It is very low on my list of concerns. Propane exhaust is close to odorless, noise isn't bad, and generally when I'm outside this stuff isn't running.
