I recently bought a brand new travel trailer from the Ina, Illinois, Zoomers.  I paid cash and was advised they would mail me the title in "about a week."  I paid in full and drove away pulling the new travel trailer on November 25.  They sent the title on December 1 by FedEx with a five day delivery commitment and must sign upon receipt by recipient.  I was not informed of the shipment so when the title had not come by December 20 I called Ina Finance because our time limit to get tag was about to expire.  The said it was sent and FedEx tracking said it was "out for delivery" but it has never been delivered and now FedEx says the sender must file a claim as the package "must be lost" and then then I can add a sub-claim after that.  Trouble is, Zoomers Finance does not return calls, does not respond, won't tell me if getting another title is possible, no matter whose voice mail I leave messages on, the owner Mike, his wife, the VP of finance, or Christina in finance in Ina who used Fed EX.....no call backs, no information on what steps are being taken.  Our expensive purchase is worthless, can't be driven, fees for a tag will now be increased by late filing fees and much more expensive even if I do get a title.....but the company management apparently could care less  They have our money and we have basically nothing but a storage expense.
