I agree that having a management group representative of the employees of a company makes good sense. Just have a hard time figuring out I guess is what they could possibly do to persuade/encourage people who choose not to camp to camp. How do you change the activity of camping to be more attractive to a particular ethnic group?

She is literally saying the opposite. Not pandering to blacks, but having actual representation at the corporate level. It's an real thing, you know. Companies with diverse management teams have higher profits.
But this is obviously not the forum for this, lol.
