My comment was based on the posts that decree there is no racism in the U.S. and that anyone who suggests there is racism is just "playing the race card". That is simply untrue. Racism DOES exist and not everyone who suggests such is making it up.
It’s all in how you “bring in people.” If you put out too much of a directed effort I can see how some would consider that racist (i.e. We had to help them get there because they couldn’t do it themselves). It’s a fine line.
