I have a 2012 Focus SE Automatic, Blue ox towar installed at RV Dealer, use the lights on the Focus with 5 pin connector. Very simple to get going, it takes less than 60 seconds to take the negative cable off the battery. When you get to your destination you will need to re-set radio, clock, and trip odometer if you are keeping track. Tows very well, over 5,000 miles so far on ours and no problems at all plus it is super economical to drive.
