1 Mo. help w/ Salmon Camp Lower Columbia River
If you're travelling in the Washington or Oregon region and want a unique Fishing and Ccamping expereince,this is you chance! We're looking for a few good volunteer event hosts for a 1st time overnight RV and Tent Camping special event.
This is Salmon Camp at it's best! All RV'ers all welcome to Willow Grove County Park in Longview WA. 12 mi. W. of exit 36 off I-5.
This 55 acre park offers the best 4 lane boat launch on the Lower Col. Rv. along with 1 mile of fishing (Plunking) beach for what is projected to be the largest returns of Fall Salmon on record.
We will pay for your mobile Propane and Septic service. This is a no hook up park, you must be self contained. Nearest services are 5 miles away.
Your duties will be minimal, help check in campers, be mobile and visit with campers, possibly assist Tackle Vendor on site, help keep the grounds picked up, generally be visible (4 Hrs. a day ) 3-4 days a week negotiable. Lots of time to fish.
Dates are Aug 15th to Sept. 11
