Pennsylvania has a lot of nice state parks and state historical sites not to mention the National historic sites too.The Drake Well Mueseum in Titusville is the site of the first oil well in the country.Lot's to see and learn there. The Pennsylvania train museum in Straussberg is great as is the Military Museum in Boalsburg. While there you may want to tour Penns' Cave. The tour is by boat since the whole cave is filled with water. As for the national sites We have the Allegheny Portage Railroad,The Johnstown Dam Flood Museums,Hopewell Furnace,Valley Forge and the Liberty Bell.Ricketts Gelnn State Park has a 2 miles trail where u can view 13 different waterfalls of varying heights up to 90 feet. They also have a campground and lake.Promised land state park is the only Pa state park campground with full hookups and brand new bath houses. We have Lake Erie, the Allengheny National Forest,Gettysburg and a whole lot more.
