Yes they are 232 amp-hours--but they are 6 volt. So you only get to multiply by 3 not six. 696 amp-hours @ 12 volts.
Bring along a 40 amp charger. The converter is not going to keep a battery bank of that size happy.
The truck would need to have heavier wiring to the house battery bank to do significant charging.
The furnace will "eat" 8 amps or even more.
I would encourage you to bring along an electric heater or two as well.
