14.5 inch Weber Smokey Mountain

I started researching smokers and found that the Weber Smokey Mountain is widely regarded as the best sub $500 smoker. Most people buy the 18.5 inch model and some opt for the 22.5 inch model. However, there is a smaller smoker available now called the 14.5 inch. It has two 14.5 inch cooking surfaces and should be good for parties between 4-8 depending on how the smoker is loaded.

This is my first smoker so I will be trying it out this next weekend and try to smoke some chicken and a pork roast.

I wanted to share this little smoker because it is the perfect size for an RV'er and is something I wished I had when I had a TT
