14k Equalizer Hitch-Max TW when not using the bars?
I occasionally tow another trailer with my equalizer hitch but I do not use the weight distribution bars when towing it. Is the max tongue weight still 1400 pounds if you're not using the bars?

Should be two catagories - one With WD and one Without. It is not a condition of the WD hitch head but one of the trucks receiver instead.

I have more than enough there, Class 5 Titan hitch
The hitch head will have a much lower rating than my receiver
Just to clarify, I'm looking for the max tongue weight for the hitch head when not using the weight distribution bars and not the max tongue weight of the trucks receiver.
