IMHO it’s not so much about what temperature or the heat source but what is more important is the RV itself.
If your unit is fairly well sealed (not drafty) and well insulated it will feel and stay a lot more comfortable with less additional heat.
Moving the air around with fans is a mixed blessing also, on one hand it mixes the air that small heaters don’t generally do well, on the other hand it may feel drafty and be uncomfortable.
