The one gotcha I ran in to is the custom made ones are considered OEM models, and they do not include the awning rail- not something I liked finding out when I unpacked it ready to install on a schedule.
I would think a single cradle would be fine. The only difference I could see in the heavy duty brackets is the hex bars between bracket and end are solid, not hollow.
