I can get a 5 gallon pail of Gaco 50 year roofing silicone for $300 bucks. A few rollers and an afternoon and my roof will last longer than me.
Had a contractor do just that on my neighbors stick and brick. That stuff is NICE!! This contractor said this is all he will use now. He said he has done a lot of roofs with this stuff and never had a peel or a comeback.
