I had my roof done by David's Permanent Coatings, Inc this past April. Cost is $135.00 per linar foot. I have a 37' coach and total cost was $4839.00 including tax. It has made the home quieter and cooler. Plus, all the seams that needed chalking are now gone. They did a beautiful job. I took the coach to them on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday afternoon. I had been having the roof done yearly at a cost of about $500.00. My MH was twelve years old and needed a new roof at a cost of approximately $3500.00 plus I would still have to pay the yearly maintenance upkeep. I justified the cost this way plus I have a 20 year warranty and no maintenance. Again the roof looks great and goes great with the new full body paint I had done by Mike's Custom Painting in Indiana.
You just about have me sold, khahuna. If I were younger I might try the other suggestions of DIY but from my pov one slip would land me with a hospital bill that's exponentially larger than that of the coating. Now is the price inclusive of labor?
