ok, next question. will a 2002 tahoe pull a 24 ft pioneer travel trailer, with no problem? The Tahoe has a 5.3L, and has tow package on it.

Not enough info. The tow rating could be under 5000 pounds. The axle ratio and trans cooler are important. Those can be confirmed on the RPO sticker in the glove box. Hopefully you have GT4 or GT5 listed and KNP.
Keep in mind that is a 14 year old vehicle. How it was maintained is very important. Flush all the fluids, replace the junk OEM receiver.
