I believe they are talking about current Tundras, but I think the older generation has the harness in the same place.

Remove the driver's scuff plate
-Remove the left hand kick plate
-At the top of the panel you should find the plug. Mine was wrapped up pretty good to keep it from rattling. If i remember correctly, it also had a "dummy plug" installed in the harness.
