Yes, it is behind the left kick panel.
It is white.
Mine had a dummy plug plugged into it.
I'm not sure why Toyota does this?
My truck came with a pig tail that is made to fit this connector.
It was laying in the glove box.
This is what I spliced my Progidy wiring harness into.
If you don't have that pigtail you will need to order one like the gentleman said previously.
