2005 Volkswagon Jetta, 5 Speed Manual Trans, Can I Flat Tow
I am asking for my neighbor that has upgraded to a motorhome, he wants to flat tow his Jetta with 5 speed manual trans, is he OK or not.

I am looking at the 2014 Guide to Dinghy Towing, and they don't even mention VWs at all. Now that doesn't mean that they didn't tow them in 2005....but I'm not sure.
