I towed right at the max (cat scaled) with a 4.7L Tundra, was the vehicle working hard? Yes. The platform was still safe with adequate braking, although a little short on power. Given the short distances you plan on towing, I see no problem with your tow vehicle. Be sure that the air pressure on your TV is at the max listed.
