As way2roll says the factory manuals are notoriously unhelpful excerpt to tell you generically how to turn on the refrigerator and stove and flush the waste tanks.
By and large the reports over the last 20 years from people who have tried is that there is no manual or schematic for house wiring or plumbing routes.
But all is not lost. The best thing you can do is make a note of the make and model of everything in the trailer. Then go online and do some searches for the different appliance manuals. Also you can try Bryantrv.com for service manuals for many common RV appliances.
