RV production is not like automotive production... No such schematics exist for the general public as far as I know like you can get with any vehicle produced since at least the 1970's..
Anyway, the only way you are going to trace any wire or pipe is to document your rig yourself.. That means tearing out panels and such to see how you rig was built that day.
All my new rv's have included in the manual pack, is only the individual appliance manuals and such. The rest was done on the initial walkthrough, that you pay extra for, when buying brand new, but that only goes thru how to operate the basic things you need to do when setting up and breaking down your camp..
