2011 GMC 2500HD, more extension than stock towing mirrors..

Has anyone found that the towing mirrors are not quite out far enough to see down the side of the trailer? Is there an aftermarket mirror or add-on that gets another inch or two? I'm glad I don't have...

I went out and checked, after some pulling, mine fold forward also, never thought about doing that. I will try it next time we go out.
