2013 Silverado 2500 HD
Would adding a K&N air intake system really improve my MPG and Horsepower. Are their any other suggestions that may improve MPG a little. Thanks for any help

There is very little one can do to enhance the horsepower of the 6.0. GM pays their engineers big bucks to design and build their units. If there was anything to be done they would have done it.
If you need more horsepower you should have done more research and bought the 6.6.
