First year, had to have front panel/outside wall replaced and electric jack right off the bat (both covered under warranty). Small problems, year two.
The wife and I are pretty handy, and keep a good eye on maintaining it. Stored under cover(car/rv port), cleaned every trip, etc.....
I did & do wonder the longevity of these trailers if used a lot.:@
