2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid
What is anyone's experience towing one of these 4 down? Owners manual says it is OK and instructions look really simple...put in neutral and key to accessory.

The car tail lights are wired to operate from the motorhome via umbilical cord. I did not run a charge wire as I don't think it's needed. I did manage to run down my battery while towing the car for 3 days without running the engine. Not a smart idea! If the engine had been run on a daily basis, the battery would never have run down as I know it only became a problem on the 3rd day of travel. (I could have gone 2 days and it still would not have been a problem.)
