Curt Spectrum: It's new. I like the smaller override knob that might be less obtrusive than the 1-box solutions depending on exact vehicle dashboard/footwell designs.
But I'd just get the Tekonsha P2 or P3. I had an earlier generation Prodigy. The company has been making the best brake controllers for a couple decades. They just work, very well, and for less money than the new Curt Spectrum. If you get the vehicle specific harness, it will take longer to mount the controller than plug in and set up.
