2015 Toyota Highlander V-6 All Wheel Drive Towing

You can tow Subaru AWD with manual tranny. Some GM AWD e.g. Hummer have neutral tow function .

Sorry I don't know about the Yota. Likely the E F variants are minor changes but I would not buy one to be the test pilot of that theory.
