If you can find an educated Chevrolet Rep/dealer, a reliable build schedule, an accurate spec sheet, you will be way ahead of the crowd. Some of the standard features in that MSRP are actually added cost options, but it's fleet so the whole buying process is different than your local GM dealer.
I asked a good friend about these in 2015 who handles the fleet sales where I was employed. He was trying to get info for bids...he just laughs everytime we talk and tells me of his countless hours.
Closely compare the features vs. off the lot, loaded Suburbans...vinyl flooring (optional), low HP, repetitive descriptions...very Basic. I think these are produced so some custom shop can adapt them and add another $80K to the price.
