20lb. tank, How long will it last fridge cont, 3 meals a day

I think it will last over two weeks but a way to measure the level would be great. I use a suitcase weigh scale, just a little thing I hold in my hand and lift the tank with. The tank has to be unattached but you won't need to weigh it very often. Very reliable and accurate.
