While you can do this it's important to have some kind of activity to keep the ol' ticker in shape as well as all the other moving parts. That won't be a problem for me! I'm very much into weight lifting and extreme sports. I plan on extensive workouts 5 days per week.. Even when on the road, an exhaustive program of calisthenics and running/jogging are warranted most every day.
