4000 watt Generator with A/C vs 1500 watt Gen without A/C???

I've done a ton of research and have narrowed down to 2 generators that I can afford and need assistance choosing one. I know these champion gens are not the quietist but they are all I can afford so ...

I see you live in GA so it would be a no brainier for me. I would buy the Champion 3500/4000. In fact the price was so low I bought one for the house. It has a 30 amp rv receptacle.

I doubt the 1200/1500 could run the microwave and charge the battery at the same time.
