4000 watt Generator with A/C vs 1500 watt Gen without A/C???

I've done a ton of research and have narrowed down to 2 generators that I can afford and need assistance choosing one. I know these champion gens are not the quietist but they are all I can afford so ...

Champion also builds a quiet 3100 watt inverter generator. I have seen them for around $649. On sale, the electric start model being higher priced.

Some campgrounds have hours of operation for generators, they can only be used during that time.
