4000 watt Generator with A/C vs 1500 watt Gen without A/C???

I've done a ton of research and have narrowed down to 2 generators that I can afford and need assistance choosing one. I know these champion gens are not the quietist but they are all I can afford so ...

After the first 10 minutes battery charging is a reduced load
Tv small electric fans, reduced load
Large heavy continuous draws turn off econ
Coffee maker, baking with MW or toaster oven, a/c, electric heater, air compressor, circular saw
