When you say any residential area, I assume that means anywhere on your private property? My camper is in the side of my backyard, behind my driveway, under a carport. I've heard of local gov't restricting parking on the street... can block views, can be derelict etc... makes sense to me. HOA's restricting because they can be an eyesore... I understand the argument.
Not being able to use my own property to house my own RV? That is ridiculous! I would be very upset to learn this after purchasing an RV if I lived there and didn't know prior!
